When people say, “I’m in a rush, how do I eat healthy, what’s for dinner?” The Carnation Farmers Market has the answer with farm-fresh produce! We invite you come see how we have solved this problem for our community. We created a cooking demonstration for people driving home from work in a hurry; we show them how to pick the produce from our vendors; we cook a dinner from these farm-fresh items; we let them taste it; we give them the recipe with a list of ingredients and then send them home to cook the meal that very night! Cooking demonstrations provided throughout the season.
