The Carnation Farmers Market invites the community to its Annual Kick-Off Party on Tuesday, April 15, 2014 from 5-9 p.m. at the American Legion Hall in downtown Carnation, WA, next door to the market shelter.
This annual free event features live music from market musicians, games and prizes and a market slideshow. Tasty pizza slices from Carnation’s Lazy K’s Pizza and Pasta are available for a suggested donation of one dollar per slice, and beer from local favorite, Redhook Brewery, is also available.
Guests will be the first to hear about this year’s vendors and upcoming market events, meet the new Market Manager, Lindsay Nessel, and learn about ways to get involved in the market. The 2014 Carnation Farmers Market season begins Tuesday, May 6 and runs every Tuesday through the end of October, from 3 to 7 p.m.
The American Legion Hall is located next door to the market shelter, on the corner of E Bird Street and Stossel Avenue NE, one block east of HWY 203/Tolt Avenue in downtown Carnation, WA.
